Payment
Payment is through PayPal. You must have a PayPal account in order to purchase our products. In the future we will be accepting credit and debit cards.
Warranty
Our products are assembled in the USA. All finished product is tested to make sure they are working. In the event of a faulty part, please contact us and we will ask you to ship the product back to us with a prepaid shipping label provided by us. A new part will be shipped out to you. Our products have a warranty of one year. If the part is destroyed due to incorrect use on your end, the warranty will be void. This will include burnt electronic parts or traces. To help prevent this, please follow the installation and operation of the parts as demonstrated in the YouTube videos. If in doubt of an application which is not covered in a video, please reach out to use through e-mail. Technical documentation will be provided on the part to assist you in the use of the products. This will include voltage and current max ratings and any applicable environmental considerations for safe operations. We will not be liable for any damages as a result of improper use of the products outside the recommendations shown in the YouTube Videos.
